Refund Policy – Body and Mind Events

At Body and Mind Events, we value your support and participation in our festivals, workshops, and community gatherings. Please note the following regarding ticket purchases and bookings:

1. All Bookings Are Final
   Once a booking is made and payment has been processed, it is considered final. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, schedule conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. Ticket Transfers
   While refunds are not available, tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. The transfer request must be sent to us in writing at least 7 days before the event via email: info@bodyandmind.co.za.

3. Event Changes
   In the unlikely event that Body and Mind Events has to reschedule or cancel an event, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a credit towards a future event.

4. Force Majeure
   Body and Mind Events shall not be liable or responsible for failure to hold an event due to circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations). In such cases, no refunds will be provided, but ticket credits may be offered at our discretion.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
