Nia reaches into your heart, motivating you to become fit and healthy by evoking a personal desire to explore your potential, through movement and music. Nia is done barefoot & has 52 basic easy moves that are purposeful, exhilarating and motivating. Nia tones the body & enhances flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, stamina, balance, vitality and overall health. It also calms the mind and releases tension and stress. Non-competitive and adaptable to all levels of fitness.

12:pm: Venus Moon Belly Dance with Tasmin
Tasmin is the founder and teacher at Venus Moon Belly Dance. She has been doing Tribal Fusion Belly for 8 years, and been dancing other styles including ballet since age 4. Venus Moon Belly Dance teaches Fusion belly dance classes for all ages and levels. Including a unique class Ballet Fusion. Tasmin shares her love, passion and knowledge in dance through her performances and classes.

1:pm: Hatha Yoga with Kristy
Hatha yoga focuses on bringing balance to the whole body through breath work and asanas that work both the left and right side of the body equally, drawing our awareness inwards allowing for a complete mind and body connection.
To me, yoga is the perfect balance between grace and strength…. ease and effort.
It’s a beautiful way to get the body moving, drain the lymphatic system, ease the effects of stress and stimulate all areas of the body improving health, strength and flexibility.
Yoga is for all bodies and everybody and I cannot wait to share this practice with you.
